If you are upgrading a computer, Graco recommends installing
the same version of Matrix as the previous computer was running. Do NOT try
upgrading software just for the sake of upgrading as it may cause a
disruption in service if not performed correctly. Newer versions of Matrix
have additional features, bug fixes and foreign language support, however if
your current system performs correctly and you are happy with it, there is no
need to upgrade and the entire process will go much more smoothly. If you decide to upgrade, make sure you identify your current version by reading "Identifying
Matrix 3 Software". If your version is 3.3.1 or higher, it can be
upgraded to 3.9.40 “live” by simply running the installer,
versions lower than this will need to be built from scratch. If upgrading to
3.9.40, read through “Installing Matrix 3 Software” carefully. |
