Integration Notice
For Graco
customers integrating Matrix 3 with their CDK or Dealertrack dealer management
systems (DMS):
These
integrations will stop functioning in early 2026 due to internal software
changes being made by CDK
and
Dealertrack. Exact cutoff dates have not yet been published. Matrix 3 will
continue operating after the
integration
stops, but billing will revert to manual processing and the integration
interface must be disabled.
Recommended
Upgrade
Graco recommends upgrading to Pulse Pro (all DMS
integrations are fully functional).

Upgrading Matrix 3 Software on a New
Computer
Graco recommends installing the same version of Matrix 3
software that was running previously. Upgrading solely for the sake of
updating is not recommended. While newer releases may include additional
features, bug fixes, and expanded language support,
remaining on your current version:
Upgrade Requirements &
Limitations (all Matrix versions are compatible
with Windows 7, 10 & 11)
Matrix 3 Server Only:

Version 3.3.1 or higher:
o Supports
a direct, live upgrade to version 3.9.40 while the system is
running.
o Simply
download the installer and run it — no full rebuild required.
