Important
Integration Notice
CDK and
Dealertrack dealer management systems are scheduled to cease functioning with
Matrix due to internal software changes being made by CDK and Dealertrack.

The
cutoff date for CDK is April 30th, 2026.
·
The
exact cutoff date for DealerTrack has not been published yet.
Matrix 3 will still
work after the integrations stop, only the validation and auto-billing features
will cease, and billing must be done manually from there forward. The
integration interface must be disabled in the Matrix software and at EACH Meter
profile for Matrix to operate on its own.
Graco recommends upgrading to Pulse Pro where all DMS
integrations are fully functional.

Upgrading Matrix 3 Software on a New
Computer
Graco recommends installing the same version of Matrix 3
software that was running previously. Upgrading solely for the sake of updating
is not recommended. While newer releases may include additional features,
bug fixes, and expanded language support, remaining on your current version:

Matrix 3 Server Only:

Version 3.3.1 or higher:
o Supports
a direct, live upgrade to version 3.9.40 while the system is
running.
o Simply
download the installer and run it — no full rebuild required.
